Seeking a Butler/House Manager to maintain smooth day-to-day operations of a busy, dynamic couple – including 4 kids. They also employ full-time nannies.
Size of Residence in Montville, USA: 21,000sqft, 8 Bedroom
Support/manage all areas of the family s personal life, be their right-hand as needed; such as dealing with issues related to home, cars, children, close relatives as needed/requested.
Create, implement and manage standard operating procedures/systems that keep the day-to-day operations of the home and family running smoothly (e. g., standardize grocery list,
and check and update it; organize prescriptions and create a system for re-ordering and pick-up; etc.)
Manage complex, ever-changing calendars/schedules for family, children and medical appointments
The right candidate needs to have experience and be in the early stage of his/her career.
Compensation is in the $80,000 plus range with full benefits.
